When it comes to games, the old adage, “you can’t judge a book by its cover” applies completely. You can’t tell by the name and even by the screen shots what a game is going to be like. Games that I expected to be scary or exciting have been passe and boring. For a long time my game buying had been hit and miss. I would search through the tittles, read the blurbs that announced the games, and once in a while even find a review or two. But to no avail, even after the research and the work, sometimes I still ended up with a lemon. I found that my chances of getting lucky with a game purchase went up when I asked my friends what games they were playing and which game they liked. But, then I found a game download site where most of the games have a download demo. I could play the game for an hour for free! This was like the ultimate try-before-you-buy experience. It was fantastic. I got a chance to see which games caught my interest. If I finished the hour wanting more, then I knew it would be a good investment. What I liked about the game downloads is that most of the games only cost $6.99 and I got them immediately. Try out some of these great game demo’s for free! Then only pay for the ones that you really like. This is the RIGHT way to do your game buying.
